Mares Novice Hurdle Tips and Betting

Mares Novice Hurdle Preview

In July 2015 it was announced that the Cheltenham Festival would be benefiting from a new novice hurdle race restricted to just mares and fillies.

This Grade 2 race is run over 2m1f on the new course and it is expected that Willie Mullins, who has dominated the OLBG Mares' Hurdle, will be the trainer to follow, especially after winning the inaugural event with Limini and then following up with Let's Dance in 2017.

Mares' Novice Hurdle Tips from the OLBG Forum

OLBG tipster sportingsamcan makes a solid case for Mariah's Benefit each way -

I don't think it is quite as one sided as the betting suggests, a Willie Mullins short price favourite is understandable given his fine record in the race. That said I am happy to at least look at an alternative Each Way suggestion at this stage, Maria's Benefit has just continued to improve all season and had to battle to beat Irish Roe in the OLBG Mares race at Doncaster. She has recovered from a small issue after that race and at 6/1 represents to me at least good value to at least make the places and could just upset the favourite.
