OLBG Mares Only Hurdle Trainer Trends and Quotes

The amazing Quevega has won six runnings of the OLBG Mares Hurdle.

OLBG Hurdle Analysis

The mighty Quevega won this race six times in succession but she has now been retired. Glens Melody, runner up to Quevega in 2014 went on to win the race the following year after Annie Power fell at the last. A race clearly dominated by Willie Mullins, claiming 7 of the 8 runnings to date.

But with Glens Melody also retired and Annie Power looking likely to head for the Champion Hurdle, will we see another trainer win the race this year?

This discussion has been going on over in the OLBG forum for months and is well worth a read as it is also updated with quotes from our PR rep Drobgod who has regular discussions with the trainers who have runners in our sponsored races. See the latest news on the OLBG mares hurdle here.
